Our Customer Care Programme commences when we first meet our customers. Our team of Sales Executives and Policy Managers work together in ensuring that you, as our customer, can maximise from the many benefits provided for under a credit insurance policy.

A Friendly, Helpful and Cheerful Service in Advising and Assisting our Clients in Managing their Policy,
- Quarterly visits to our Clients providing them with the instructions and assistance they need in administrating their policy.
- The Online facilities we offer to clients, along with the training provided by our Policy Managers ensures that our Clients have immediate access to any information they require under their Credit Insurance Policy.
- We are available to assist our Clients when our advise and service is required
